ABOUT FLOWER ESSENCES AND HOW THEY WORK
To understand how flower essences work, requires a recognition that the human being is more than a physical body, but also incorporates a “body” of life energy, a “body” of sensitivity and feelings and a spiritual essence or Self. Flower essences are energetic imprints of the life force of plants which interacts with these subtle bodies of the human being and evoke specific qualities within them, while healing imbalances.
A flower essence is made by sun-infusing the blossoms of a particular plant, bush or tree in water. The liquid is then diluted and potentized in a method similar to the preparation of homeopathic remedies and preserved with brandy or other preservative. The result is a highly diluted, potentized substance that embodies the energetic patterns of the flower from which it is made. The therapeutic effects of the flower essences are vibrational and energetic, moving us to a greater state of health and balance.

What is Lomi Lomi massage?
Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for massage, and it is part of a larger native Hawaiian tradition of healing and natural body care.
To understand the depth of Lomi Lomi massage, it's helpful to have an understanding of the Hawaiian philosophy, called Huna, and how the philosophies of Huna relate to body work and healing.
A fundamental assumption of Huna is that everything seeks HARMONY and everything seeks LOVE!!

I was given my first crystal by a friend when I was 15. It is an agate geode and its glistening, silvery, shadow-insides mesmerized me instantly. It was as if another magical world (one I had glimpsed before and suspected was there) had shown it’s self to me, welcomed me, and invited me to other possibilities and ways of being. Our awakening exercises are an exercise program thousands of years old. They release muscles and joints softly through motions such as shaking, tapping, rubbing, extending or pulling. They also stimulate acupoints of the body and make the circulation of blood and energy smooth.
While Western styles of physical exercises have developed focusing on the movements of muscles and joints, energy exercises have developed with an emphasis on how to establish control, and accumulate invisible vital energy.
The principles of energy exercises are based on the understanding of the human body in the field of traditional oriental medicine. In traditional oriental medicine, there are 12 meridians channels in the body, and human organs interact with one another organically through these channels.
For example, the stomach is connected to the thighs and knees through the meridian channel. So to improve the functions of the stomach one should do energy exercises which strengthen the thighs and knees. The heart is linked to the forearms and elbows through the energy channels, thus exercises that make the forearms and elbows strong will strengthen the heart. And the effects are immediate!
However these movements are not aimed at muscular strength but at vital energy. That is why these exercises are composed of slow movements of parts of the body. Slow movements are helpful to strengthening and smoothing the flow of internal energy.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils and massage to enhance mental and physical wellbeing and to restore the natural balance of the body. Emotional health plays an important role in our physical well-being. Once we recognise that our heart beat accelerates when frightened, faces turn red when embarrassed, palms sweat when anxious, and head pounds when stressed, we can't deny that emotions do affect our physical well-being. There is an endless list of ailments attributed to stress alone. Indigestions, stiff neck, shoulder pain and teeth grinding. Left untreated negative emotions can have a devastating impact on our long-term health; ulcers, hypertension, depression, asthma and cancer to name but a few.
EFT is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture. How-ever, EFT does not use needles of any other equipment. It is pain-free and the emotional elements are incorporated through verbal interaction with client.
